- Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey has a requirement for AM-2 Matting Refurbishment associated with AM2 Mat Packages: F-71, F-72, F-73, and F-78. The Refurbishment of AM-2 matting is for the reapplication of non-skid coating material on the four (4) types of matting (F-71, F-72, F-73, and F-78). Additional Contract Line Items (CLINs) for repairs of end frames, stampings/ markings, end sheets, and locking bars will be required. It is anticipated that a five year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be awarded. This procurement contains Drawings subject to Export Control Laws, see numbered note 8. The Government intends to award a contract to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable proposal. The evaluation factors will be explained in detail in the solicitation. This requirement will be procured utilizing Small Business Set-Aside competition procedures (see numbered note 1). All contractors seeking award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. Drawing packages will be available when the solicitation is released.
