- Description
- This is a 12-month Period of Performance extension Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement to sole source S&K Aerospace Inc. CAGE 41ME5 using authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The period of performance for this effort is from 20 May 2012 through 19 May 2013 and is a bridge contract to an anticipated competitive effort that that will be synopsized in FBO. This requirement using Firm Fixed Price and Cost-Reimbursable No Fee pricing arrangement is to provide for Third Party Logistics (TPL) management services. The performance based TPL management services will support the repair/modification and return of classified requirements of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 and Warner Robins Air Logistics Center FMS F-15 Program Offices. This acquisition effort requires the Contractor to provide certified sources of repair and logistics management services to sustain approximately 130 classified National Stock Numbered (NSN) items in support of the RSAF F-15 aircraft. Additional NSNs may be added during the period of performance. Place of Contract Performance: Multiple repair sites and Warner Robins, GA. The anticipated award date is 19 May 2012.
