- Shall be metal polishing impregnated wadding for the intended purpose of polishing heavily oxidized aluminum surfaces conforming to Commercial Item Description A-A-59299, dated August 14, PAD, METAL POLISH IMPREGNATED: 1998, with the following characteristics: This solicitation is for the procurement of one (1) National Stock Number (NSN) 7920-00-823-9818 - Pad, Metal Polish Impregnated under a Standing Quote Agreement (SQA). Please see the attached solicitation for a complete description of this NSN (pages 4-6). Award will be made item-by-item (Per NSN). Offerors must meet the conditions listed in the solicitation and award will be made item-by-item (per NSN) to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government utilizing the following evaluation factors: technical acceptability, past performance, and price. Period of performance is for 3 years NTE 5-years or $150,000. If responding to this Request for Quotation, complete and return the entire package. (To include all the necessary documents) by the time specified in block 10 of the RFQ. If you wish to "No Quote", please return page 1 only.
