- The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award an Order to Blue River Information Technology on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for Riverbed Support for Expand WAN Products. Blue Biver is the only provider of the Riverbed Support and Maintenance Services as follows: HARD DRIVE PRODUCT LINE X9X0 BAse Model and Bandwidth: Corresponding X9X0 Add Ons: 0001. ACC-6930 - Base - 10Mbps No Add Ons (25 Units) 0002. ACC-6940 - Base - 45Mbps No Add Ons (8 Units) 0003. ACC-6940 - Base - 45MBPS FileBank Director Plug-In (12 Units) 0004. ACC-6950 - Base - 45Mbps No Add Ons (4 Units) 0005. ACC-6950 - Base - 45Mbps FileBank Director Plug-In (3 Units) EXPANDVIEW Module and # of Accelerators: 0006. EV - Base Up to 300 (1 Unit) No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by May 14, 2012 by 12:00pm ET. Responses shall be submitted to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov, Attention M. Bowden/S. Tefft A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested offerors may register at http:www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
