Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Installation Service for MCTOG Audio Equipment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-12-T-0006 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18. This is a restricted purchase Set-Aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238210. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 3651. The small business size standard is $14 MIL.The Product Service Code (PSC) for this order is N069. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible/responsive quoter whose is conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government; utilizing Lowest Price Technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. This solicitation is for the acquisition of installation service for audio visual equipment. Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG), Marine Air Ground Combat Center is requesting installation for audio/visual equipment located in MCTOG ™s classroom facility. CLIN 0001-Installation of Audio Equipment (See Statement of Work, Attachment one) The winner of this award is required to be registered with, understand, and invoice through Wide Area Workflow. Invoices for all completed work shall be submitted via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) in accordance with the clause titled śInvoicing Procedures Electronic (USMC May 2004) ť as identified herein.
