- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE Solicitation number: W912L9-12-T-0016 Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: The following items are needed: 1 - Articulating Wheel Loader. The offers received will be evaluated by a best value determination and is subject to the availability of funds. Items / Information: QUOTE NAME BRAND OR EQUAL 1. Minimum Specifications / Requirements a. Articulating Wheel Loader - Similar to a JCB 457ZX b. Set of severe duty forks i. 106" wide ii. Minimum capability of 33,250 lbs. iii. Forks need to float left to right, but are stabilized in the middle so that the forks do not fly up. c. Set of gear lugged tires i. L3 with liquid plug. This wheel loader will be used 50% on pavement and 50% off road. We will be driving it over debris (glass and sharps). d. Quickhitch / quick disconnect for forks and buckets e. General purpose bucket - 4.6 cubic yard minimum f. Engine block heater g. End cap controls for auxiliary equipment should be a joystick not levers h. Extra set of keys, for a total of two sets i. Operator manual j. Parts and Service manual 2. Minimum Warranty required - 2 year / 2,000 mile full machine warranty See RFQ for IMPORTANT additional details Shipping / Location Information: FOB: Camp Atterbury JMTC Edinburgh, IN 46124 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333120. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The winning vendor will be required to be registered in CCR (Central Contractor Registry). Lack of registration in CCR will make an Offeror ineligible for award. CCR is located at www.ccr.gov or www.bpn.gov A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing. Payment: Payment by Wide Area Work Flow.
