- Justification and Approval Provisions Statement Bill of Materials This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, 0020069150, is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58 (effective April 18, 2012). The associated NAICS code is 511210, small business size standard is: $25,000,000.00 This requirement is for the brand name software product, T-REX Site License 27,630 MIPS Annual Maintenance, Version 5.2, Qty 1. Period of Performance is Date of Award through 04/18/2013. Ship to: Customs and Border Protection 7681 Boston Blvd. Springfield, VA 20598 FOB Destination. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
