Description
Non-Professional Price Break Down Professional Price Break Down Solicitation AG-05G2-12-0009 Technical and Administrative Support Services The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Olympic National Forest intends to acquire by contract temporary staffing services for professional and technical employees in engineering, natural resources, and business administration as required by the Olympic National Forest. Temporary staffing will be used to meet new agency mission requirements that have a defined outcome, or result, are funded for a limited time period, and cannot be met by current Government employees. This contract specifically excludes Information Technology (IT), IT support services, but may include non-Architect & Engineering professional services as required. Work will be set forth in individual Task Orders. The government will proceed to issue a solicitation as a Request for Proposals. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. Offerors will be evaluated on the basis of price and risk. Risk is an assessment of the offeror's capability based upon: (1) experience providing support services for engineering, natural resources, and business administration professional and technical skills; (2) past performance; (3) managers, key personnel & subcontractors; (4) price realism; and (5) assigned level of confidence assessment rating (LOCAR). Risk is approximately as important as price. Contract award will be to the offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is the best value to the government. The Forest Service may award a single, or multiple, indefinite delivery contract(s). During the performance period the Forest Service shall place orders totaling a minimum of $2,000.00 for each Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) awarded; but not in excess of $1,000,000.00 for all contracts awarded during the contract period. This solicitation will be available on or about MAY 07, 2012. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the government. In accordance with FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a contract. Lack of registration in the CCR on the part of the offeror will render an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov//. For additional information contact Miley Sutherland, Contracting Officer at 360-956-2471.
