Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment to replace wood shanke roof on Appomattox Manor, Petersburg National Historic Battlefield, Prince George County, VA. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160, small business size standard is $14.0 million Cost range is $250,000.00 - $500,000.00. Type of award will be a firm-fixed price construction. The Davis-Bacon Act for wage determinations will apply. The award will be be based on past performance and price. The solicitation along with attachments will be issued electronically and downloaded at http://idasec.nbc.gov on or about May 16, 2012. No hard copies will be issued.
