- Pr Number: 0043267370 FSC: 5340 Nomenclature: Clevis, Rod End: Sole Source to Bell Helicopter Textron (97499); part number 214-010-121-109. RFP SPM5EC-12-R-0001 Due Date: June 11, 2012 This is a Firm Fixed priced contract. This procurement is for a quantity of 30 each. NSN: 5340-01-258-9226. The Government does not possess complete unrestricted technical data therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source Bell Helicopter Textron. Other than full and open competition applies under the authority of 10 USC 2304C(1). Item is Sole Source to Bell Helicopter Textron (97499) under part number 214-010-121-109 and it is anticipated that the award will be made via a delivery order against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). If other than the BOA source can meet the Government's needs and successfully be approved as a source for this item at time of award, request for a copy of the RFP should be made to Phyllis Daraio at 215-737-7941 or email a request to Phyllis.Daraio@dla.mil and a copy of the formal solicitation will be posted on the DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of past performance being equal to price. Buy American Act applies. This acquisition is being procured on an unrestricted basis. This solicitation requests offers on a stock basis. Delivery will be 650 days with partial phased deliveries requested. Delivery will be made to Defense Depot Susquehanna, New Cumberland, PA. FOB Origin Source Inspection Applies. This is a Navy identified Critical Safety Item (CSI). Anticipated award date: 29 June 2012.
