- The Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO) intends to solicit a Request for Proposals (RFPs). The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is W91YU0-12-R-0035. The RFP will be posted in Federal Business Operations (FBO) restricted to 8(a) companies only. The intent of this requirement is provide four full time equivalent Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Services at General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital (GLWACH), Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, for the period of 01 October 2012 through 30 September 2013 plus four subsequent one year option periods. Primary location of performance is the Emergency Room, but services may be required elsewhere in the facility as directed by the Commander, GLWACH. The contract base period of performance is 01 October 2012 through 30 September 2013 with four one year option periods ending 30 September 2017; if exercised. The primary NAICS for this requirement if 621399, Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners, with a size standard of $7 million. The solicitation will be posted on or about 1 June 2012 and can be accessed at: https://www.fbo.gov. Prospective offerors will be able to download the solicitation and any supporting documentation from the website. Contract award is anticipated to be on or about 1 September 2012.
