- VA/VHA SAO Central Region Contracting - Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 will issue Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), to procure Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite- Quantity Construction contract, to provide labor, equipment, material and supervision for paving, concrete, and related work for construction projects within the VA Medical Center, Chillicothe, Ohio. Award will be made based on the best value to the government considering technical and cost related factors. Both a detailed technical proposal and a separate cost proposal will be required. Cost proposals will be provided in the form of a co-efficient. The contract period will be for one year plus four one-year option periods. The solicitation will be electronically issued in construction format in accordance with FAR Part 36 on or about May 14, 2012 with a receipt of proposal date o/a June 12, 2012. The solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Any future amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be available electronically for download at this website. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued, and no written or telephone requests for paper copies of the solicitation will be accepted. Interested offerors are advised to continuously check the website for any changes to this solicitation. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be conducted, the time and date of which will be posted at the time of the posting of the solicitation. A printed copy of the solicitation will be maintained by the point of contact and may be reviewed on-site, by appointment.
