Description

MARKET SURVEY - SOURCES SOUGHT The Department of Veteran Affairs Phoenix NCO 18 (VA) is issuing this sources-sought announcement to determine availability of Ventilator Weaning Long Term Care (VLTC) Facilities, NAICS Code 622110, in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. VA requires VLTC for an average of 12 patients per year. VA seeks to award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract for this service, and is especially interested in finding Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business sources under Public Law 109-461. Contract duration period is anticipated to be October 1, 2012 or date of award through September 31, 2013 with four (4) option years through September 31, 2017. Public Law 109-461 requires registration and certification in http://www.vetbiz.gov at the time of the solicitation closing to be eligible for award. Responses to this sources sought notice should be emailed to Travis.Dennis@va.gov not later than May 15, 2012. The Government will treat all information you submit as proprietary information. This Sources Sought notice is posted on Federal Business Opportunities and it is available and also highly recommended that all potential offerors register on the VA Vendor Portal located at https://www.vendorportal.ecms.va.gov/eVP. This is NOT a solicitation but is intended as market research and Sources Sought only to locate potential SDVOSB businesses to determine if this requirement is commercially available from these types of businesses. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
