- This contract shall be required to provide the TFBSO support in obtaining private sector partners that support the economic revitalization efforts of the TFBSO and must be able to provide expert analytic capability, stakeholder analysis and management through a proven network of ―insider relationships, experienced support for both field visits and strategic initiatives, and effective capability building expertise for both members of the Task Force and fragile state stakeholders.
