Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source for Patient Escort Services to Bayaud Industries, Inc., 1600 Downing Street, Denver, CO. 80218. This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(5), 41 USC 253(c)(5) and 41 USC 46-48c, and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-5(b)(2). Bayaud Industries, Inc. is a contractor under the Ability One program for this type of service. This requirement is to provide Patient Escort Services for the VA Medical center in Denver, CO.
