Description: The Strategic Systems Programs intends to negotiate and award a Job Order under SSP Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00030-11-G-0041 for efforts to contract with Interstate Electronics Corporation (IEC), 602 East Vermont Avenue, P.O. Box 3117, Anaheim, CA 92803-3117 to provide engineering expertise to conduct Enhanced Vertical Antenna Special Test. The test will involve replacing the Buoyant Cable Antenna Communication System (BCA) with a Vertical Antenna Element Tip which has been in development at NUWC NWPT.
