U.S. Government Seeks to Lease Approximately 19,238 RSF (Yielding Approximately 15,390 - 16,160 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet ) of Office Space In NEW YORK, New York Solicitation # 0NY2541 The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 19,238 rentable square feet (approximately 15,390 - 16,160 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet) of contiguous office space. Space on a single floor is preferred. Space on no more than two contiguous floors may be considered. The space must meet requirements for fire and life safety plus handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm with one hundred and twenty (120) days cancellation notice. DELINEATED AREA: New York, New York as described by the area below: Northern Boundary:Canal Street to Manhattan Bridge Roadway Western Boundary:Hudson River Southern Boundary:South Street Eastern Boundary:East River EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN MAY 24, 2012 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1.Building name and address, and location of space in the building 2.Legal description 3.One-eighth inch scale drawing of the space being offered 4.ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5.Rentable Square Feet offered and Rental Rate per square foot. (Specifying services, utilities, electricity and tenant improvement allowance included) 6.Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet 7.Name, address, telephone number and email address of individual to be contacted Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
