Description

The VA Seattle, Radiology Service line is seeking the following professional Services: Semi-Annual PM Calibration and Repair of our contrast injectors, the scope of calibration and repair covers equipment listed in the quote provided. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit proposals for the above services. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is VA-260-12-Q-0799. Cascading set-aside procedures will be in effect, reviewing SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a)/HubZone, and Small Business sources respectively. A determination will be made by the Contracting Officer as to the adequacy of sources in any of the aforementioned categories to meet the "Rule of Two." If there are not sufficient sources in any of the aforementioned categories then the field will be open to all Businesses. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure that their registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov/ is current and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (334510) is included in the CCR profile prior to submission of quotations. The anticipated start date of this contract is 05/21/2012. The solicitation will result in the award of a single service order. The resulting service order will be one of a firm fixed-price.
