SERVICES Life Support Area Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number: W564KV-12-R-0026 Location: NP-3. RNC, Kadaga, Adazu district, LV-2103, Latvia Period of Performance: 2 June 2012 through 24 June 2012 The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to conduct site preparation,(basic ground leveling to facilitate construction of flooring), set-up, operation, maintenance, and deconstruction for a temporary base camp (excluding the setup of FEST tents) located at one location within ATA. The place of performance is the following address: NP-3. RNC, Kadaga, Ada i district, LV-2103, Latvia which is specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). SEE ATTACHMENT. Interested contractors are invited to read the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) SEE ATTACHMENT. The contractor shall 1) Print out the RFQ attached. 2) Print price quotes next to the corresponding CLIN 3) Return the quote pages to the Contacts listed on the RFQ.
