Question: Is there a separate line item for a daily rate for independent third party air monitoring/Project management that is to be provided for this project? RESPONSE: The Unit Price for each of the three line items (one line item for each of the three SIHS buildings) is to be inclusive of all costs to complete the rquirement, including but not limited to, all labor, supervision, materials & supplies, all services, all applicable taxes (Federal & State), permits & fees, etc., in compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
