- Notice of Intent to Sole SourceTask Order Number: R11PD30382 THIS MODIFICATION IS BEING AWARDED AS A NOCOMPETITIVE MODIFICATION. As provided under FAR 6.302-1, this modification will be awarded on a noncompetitive basis as "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies of Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements". Project Description: Modify Task Order R11PD30382, Cableway Tower Spot Coating, to add additional spot coating and the replacement of the decking for the cableway carrier at Hoover Dam in addition to the spot coating of the cableway tower. Award of the modification is anticipated by April 27, 2012. The resulting modification will be a firm fixed price type.
