This notice is for information and planning purposes only. This is NOT an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). This Sources Sought is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for any information submitted in response. Respondents will not be notified of the results of any government assessments. No awards will be issued as a result of this SS. The 18th Contracting Squadron does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted. As a result of this Sources Sought, the 18th Contracting Squadron may issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; however, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against 18th Contracting Squadron shall arise as a result of a response to this Sources Sought or the 18th Contracting Squadron's use of such information as either part of our evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement. NOTICE: IAW 52.246-16 and 52.246-20, warranty on all parts and labor shall be applicable. The purpose of this SS is to identify qualified businesses that are interested in and capable of performing the work described herein. The 18th Contracting Squadron is seeking qualified businesses to complete the following: - CLIN 0001 - Naha 4 Channel RF Site (Design, configure, install, test)- IAW THE ATTACHED PWS QTY: 1 EA - CLIN 0002 - Network Management Terminal (Design, configure, install, test)- IAW THE ATTACHED PWS QTY: 1 EA - CLIN 0003 - Dispatch Consoles Okinawa (Design, configure, install, test)- IAW THE ATTACHED PWS QTY: 1 EA - CLIN 0004 - Dispatch Consoles Zama (Design, configure, install, test)- IAW THE ATTACHED PWS QTY: 1 EA - CLIN 0005 - Subscriber Unit and Programming (Procure, configure, program, test)- IAW THE ATTACHED PWS QTY: 1 EA QUANTITY: See Item Descriptions.
