- The 409th CSB/ECC-E (Theater Contracting Center) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the Maintenance and Repair of Rail Site QM Area located at USAG Baumholder, Germany. This procurement is in support of USAG Baumholder. The contract shall have firm-fixed-price contract line item numbers (CLIN's) including the specifications for the requirement. Performance shall be at USAG Baumholder, Germany. This acquisition is being procured on a full and open competition basis using Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and Part 13. Specific details and specifications shall be included in the Request For Quote (RFQ) number W564KV-12-T-0044 to close 30 days after the RFQ issue date. The Department of Defense requires all Contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, prospective Contractors shall complete electronic annual representation and certification via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the written RFQ.
