Description
US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) with Advanced Software Products Group, Inc. (ASPG, Inc.), 3185 HORSESHOE DR S, Naples, FL 34104 to provide Help/Key software maintenance and product licenses for Help/Key software currently in use at CBP. The software is provides application/screen/field level contextual help to end users as they navigate through various application transactions. The Help/Key software requires ongoing upgrades to allow integration of information and continued enhancements for CBP systems.. The compatibility with the existing hardware/software system's configuration is limited to the Brand Name product Help/Key currently in use at CBP. Advanced Software Products Group, Inc. (ASPG, Inc.) is the sole source for maintenance of the Help/Key Software Product. ASPG has the exclusive rights and full power and authority to sell, convey, license, and deliver copies of the Software. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 511210, and the size standard is $25.5. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate directly with ASPG. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposal. An award shall be made to ASPG. The anticipated award date is 25 April 2012.
