Description
The A-10 Contracting office (OO-ALC/GHAK), Hill, AFB, Utah, intends to negotiate a competitive small business contract to manufacture and deliver 29 each Group A Kits for the On Board Oxygen Generating System assemblies and in addition to purchase and deliver 6 each Leak Chamber, Discharge Fixture Assembly, and Fill Adapter. Group A kit assemblies will be manufactured per specifications contained on a CD housing 64 drawings and technical specifications. The CD will be available when the official solicitation is released. Any contractor requesting the CD, shall submit their request through A-10 Contracting Office. Prior to the request, the contractor must have and provide to A-10 Contracting Office a valid form DD 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. If contractor does not have a valid form DD 2345, they can apply through the Defense Logistics Agency, Joint Certification Program, at the link: http://www.dlis.dla.mil/JCP. Follow the instructions listed and send to the form through the appropriate office listed at the top of the form. The process may take up to 30 working days for approval. The contractor shall package and ship using MIL-STD-2073-1d, Standard Practice for Military Packaging. The A Kits will be shipped to Davis Monthan AFB, and the Leak Chamber, Discharge Fixture Assembly and Fill Adaptor will be shipped to Whiteman, AFB. For questions please e-mail the POC's above.
