The requirement will consist of performing flight tests for multiple platforms including both rotary and fixed wing aircraft. The Cover letter, DRAFT Soliciation, Instructions to Offerors Sections L&M, Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) and Pricing Spreadhseet have been posted for review and feedback.
