Minimum angular travel range X, Y: ±7.5 degrees f. Minimum angular travel range Z: ±12.5 degrees g. Min. incremental linear motion X, Y, Z: 1.0 micrometers h. Min. incremental angular motion X, Y, Z: 0.001 degrees i. Linear repeatability X, Y, Z: ± 1.0 micrometers j. Angular repeatability X, Y, Z: ± 0.0005 degrees k. Linear velocity X, Y, Z: 0.5 mm/s l. Angular velocity X, Y, Z: 0.001 degrees/s m. Minimum Load capacity: 10 kg n. Controller Included o. Controller Cable in-vacuum: 1.5 meters p.
