- SLAC seeks vendors that can provide the following: (Qty. 1) * 6-Axis Hexapod, with following specifications a. Vacuum Compatible to 10-6 Torr b. Maximum Dimensions: 100 mm diameter top x 140 mm diameter base x 120 mm tall. c. Minimum linear travel range X, Y: 32 mm d. Minimum linear travel range Z: 12 mm e. Minimum angular travel range X, Y: 12 degrees f. Minimum angular travel range Z: 20 degrees g. Linear velocity: 1 mm/s h. Minimum Load capacity: 2 kg i. Delta Tau controller with analog amplifier j. In-vacuum Cable: 0.2m PTFE flat ribbon cable with DB15Female connector k. Ceramic circuit board for motor/encoder interface l. Optional RGA scan for out-gassing performance * Hexapod shall be equivalent to or better than MICOS P/N: HP-140 HV THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
