- The US Air Force in Europe, Ramstein Air Base is looking for CQ Roll Call, subscriber renewal, starting 01 May 2012 and lasting until 30 Apr 2012. Prices must be without added value tax (Mehrwertsteuer. Multiple offers from the same source are acceptable. BE ADVICE: DELIVERY TO RAMSTEIN AB, GERMANY. AWARD WILL BE MADE TO THE LOWEST OFFEROR TECHNICAL ACCEPTABLE. IAW DFAR 252.225-7041 ALL CORRESPONDENCE IN ENGLISH. QUOTES NOT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED. In Reference to AFFARS 5325.1002 Use of Foreign Currency. Submission of Offers in other than United States Currency, when offers are given a choice of submitting offers in United States dollars or in a currency other than United States dollars. When purchase requests and contracts are expressed in foreign currency, the rate of exchange to be used in determining any applicable acquisition thresholds and authorities will be the current Foreign Currency Fluctuation Defense (FCFD) budget rate for the applicable currency.
