- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 20,693 rentable square feet in Albany, New York bounded as follows: North: County Road 152 to County Road 378 East: Interstate 787 South: Interstate 87 to Interstate 787 West: Interstate 87 The space should yield between 17,994 to 18,894 ANSI/ BOMA Office Area square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, cancellable by the Government after the fifth year. Surface parking for 2 vehicles is required. Only above street level locations will be considered. Single floor occupancy is required, with an 85/15 split permitted. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and include all services and utilities.
