The Contractor will provide a vessel and all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials and equipment required to support helicopter crew hoist, rescue swimmer operations, use of force judgmental training and aerial delivered dewatering pump training used to support the ATC. The vessel shall be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Operations will generally be conducted daily during designated hours for specified periods at the designated operational site. The period of performance shall be for a firm period of one (1) year commencing on or about 31 August 2012, followed by three (3) one-year options and one (1) 11-month option. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be released mid-May 2012. Once it is posted, the solicitation will be available at http://www.msc.navy.mil.
