The Pre-Solicitation Notice VA248-12-R-1090 is re-opened and amended to reflect the following changes: 1. The pre-requisite response time of 2 ½ hours has been removed. NOTE: Geographic location will still be included as an evaluation factor. 2. The submission timeframe for electronic SF 330 Parts I and II has been re-opened, and will be no later than 3:30 PM, EST on April 26, 2012. Firms that have already submitted packages do not need to resubmit. Firms that have not yet submitted, but are interested, must submit the required documentation as outlined in the pre-solicitation notice no later than April 26, 2012 at 3:30 PM EST. 3. The revised pre-solicitation notice is attached. 4. All previously posted amendments still apply.
