Description: This is a presolicitation notice for a Request For Quote. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote No. W81XWH-12-T-0194. The SIC Code will be 7389, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code will be 531120. The action will be unrestricted. The U.S. Army Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to issue three (3) to five (5) firm-fixed price BPAs to the three vendors who can provide the lowest price, technically acceptable (LPTA) quote for classroom rental space for various classroom training courses to accommodate 30-40 students; to be scheduled up to 10 weeks maximum only throughout the months of October through July, during each period of performance. The classroom rental space must be located off post and within a 10 mile radius of Fort Detrick, MD, 21702. The period of performance shall be for one base period and four option periods for each BPA that will be issued. We anticipate issuing a solicitation on Monday 23 April 2012.
