- This is the revised Wage Determination for Construction (WD GA203) THE WAGE DETERMINATION POSTED WITH THE SOLICITATION WAS INCORRECT. THIS MODIFICATION CHANGES THE WAGE DETERMINATION FROM:WDOL 2005-2139 TO: WDOL GA203 WHICH HAS AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF 01/06/2012 (see attached). THE SITE VISIT IS BEING CHANGED FROM 10 APRIL 2012 AT 9 AM TO 12 APRIL AT 9 AM. PLEASE NOTIFY GARY WILSON BY 06 APRIL 2012 AT 3 PM IF INTERESTED IN ATTENDING. ONLY THE ABOVE INFORMATION IS CHANGING ALL OTHER INFORMATION REMAINS THE SAME. This is the solicitation for the fire alarm and suppression system replacement work. Contractor shall provide all supervision, administration, management, plant, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary for Design & Construction (Build) to remove and replace the existing Fire Alarm and Suppression System and add a new Mass Notification System in building 149 on Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. This acquisition is a Small Business Set-Aside for HUBzone Certified Contractors only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220. To be eligible for award contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov under the applicable NAICS code. Contractors must also submit their representation and certifications at the online representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.gov. The project shall be accomplished in two phase. Phase one (1) shall be the Design phase and consist of preparation of the drawings, specifications, and submittals to detail a complete fire alarm and suppression system and Mass Notification System for the building. Phase two (2) shall consist of the construction (build) of the approved design completed in Phase one (1). The rough order of Magnitude for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This range does not necessarily reflect the proximity of the actual estimated cost. Any questions in regards to this notice must be submitted in writing via email to the primary POC Gary Wilson @ gary.wilson@robins.af.mil. The estimated issue date for the solicitation is 15 days after this notice with an estimated 30 calendar day response period. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHMENTS FOR THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS.
