Description

Terms and conditions applicable to non-GSA Schedule contracts This is a courtesy-copy of Exhibit I (Technical Compliance Matrix and Offeror Checklist), provided in MS Word format for Offerors' convenience. This is the full solicitation document. Prospective Offerors, To better serve the needs of US Holocaust Memorial Museum donated (private sector) staff, their management, and the administrative support functions of Human Resources, Payroll, and Finance, USHMM is soliciting experienced vendor(s) with a proven track record in delivering HR-Payroll capabilities in the private sector market using a cloud-based or externally hosted (Applications Service Provider) service with full capability to support USHMM's current HR/Payroll services to Donated staff and that can be integrated with the eMail, Financial, and Data Warehouse systems of the Museum. The end result should be a new process that is self-service for both employee users and Payroll/HR administrators while providing comprehensive and full employee life cycle management.
