- This pre-solicitation notice is for double non-smoking rooms and single non-smoking rooms in Radcliff, KY. The pending solicitation number will be W911S1-12-R-0019. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. For a proposal submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel, the offeror must describe in its proposal the technical approach for the offeror's services as a prime contractor and submit a complete technical proposal for evaluation purposes. Again, this is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. The pending award will be a Fixed Price Contract with a start date of 01 June 2012. This acquisition is TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110, size standard of $30.0 Million. Prospective Contractors must be registered on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or around 18 APRIL 2012 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45. It is the responsibility of the offeror to check the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov
