- GENERAL INFOMATION Notice of Intent for Sole Source The Great Plains Regional Contracting Office-West, Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, Texas, intends to award a Sole Source contract to Innovative Medical Solutions, LLC for the purchase of Spinal Implants. Innovative Medical Solutions has the correct size and type of implants required to conduct this surgical procedure. Award will be made on 16 April 2012. The NAICS code for this procurement is 339113 and the size standard is 500.
