Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and no further written solicitation will be issued. Miami Veterans Administration Healthcare System (MVAHS) requires health physics services for the certification of x-ray systems and related services. This is a total (100%) Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541690 with a size standard of $14 million. The contract will be Firm-Fixed-Price type. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current through FAC 2005-56. The contract terms cover a base period and three one-year options. For each performance period, there are 12 total line items separated into two separate groupings. Please see the attachments for the listing of contract line items and specific instructions on responding.
