Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice for Market Research Purposes Only. The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) is issuing a Sources Sought Notice to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small Businesses (SB) that can provide services for the attached scope of work, at VA Pittsburgh Healthcare Systems Radiation Therapy Department. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on/about May 1, 2012 through Apr 30, 2013 plus four (4) Option Years. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The proposed NAICS code is 334519 and the business size standards is 500 employees. At this point in the procurement process the VA is performing market research to determine the interest of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Hubzone Small Businesses, Small Disadvantage Businesses 8(a) and Small Businesses. Interested firms fitting one or more of the Socio-economic categories should send their information by email to jesse.rumbel@va.gov no later than 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, April 23 2012. Scope of Work The radiation therapy section of the imaging service needs to establish a service contract for CMS treatment planning system. DELIVER TO: Radiation Therapy 1. 2.0 Xio Main workstation Assurance 2.0 Xio Main workstation 1 Assurance 2.0 XiO Main Workstation - Same Site Software and System Support Agreement for one year including the following options: 1 Unlimited telephone and on-line support for questions during standard business hours Continued software updates for the entire agreement period. Software Updates do not include marketable software features. Operating System Updates as required by the Software Application Applicable OS Right to use License Software support and updates for a DICOM Interface Bundle. Annual. Provide emergency repairs to all covered hardware. Covered hardware will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the Supplier. On-Site repair to the CPU will be performed by a factory-trained technicians dispatched by the original CPU manufacturer. Sixteen (16) business hour on-site responses are targeted for all hardware repairs.
