Description

Services Non-Personal: The Air Force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to U-Change Lock Industries, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(b)(2) for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, supplies, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), hearing and eye protection, including prescription safety glasses, lifting equipment and devices, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to perform Preventive and Remedial Maintenance (PM/RM), Software Maintenance and Software updates on the Aircraft Maintenance Group's Electronic Gate System for Ramp Areas. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is listed at Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price contract with a Time and Material (T&M) line item is contemplated. The proposed basic period of performance (POP) is: 1 July 2012 through 30 June 2013 The proposed first option POP is: 1 July 2013 through 30 June 2014 The proposed second option POP is: 1 July 2014 through 30 June 2015 The estimate solicitation posting date is 25 April 2012. The estimated award date is 15 June 2012. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561621 with a size standard of $12.5M.
