- Wage Determination Request For Quote This Request for Quote (RFQ) is to provide all labor, tools, and material to make repairs on the Research Vessel Peter Gladding for the Florida Keys National Marine Santuary in Key West, FL. Please follow the instructions listed on pages 3 and 4 of the solicitation document. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this action is 811310. The government intends to procure services using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The government requires all contractors doing business with the government to be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). For additional information and to register in CCR, please access the following website: http://www.ccr.gov. In order to register with CCR and to be eligible to receive an award, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet number, which may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on line at http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform or by phone at 1-866-705-5711.
