Description
The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Qatar proposes to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with at least 3 firms for the subject requirement. Each furniture requirement will be competed amongst the 3 BPA holders (contractors). A Call Order against the BPA may require the contractor to 1) develop a floor plan and design based on the Government's furniture requirement and facility space, and 2) provide, deliver and install a variety of furniture items for locations and facilities in Qatar. 2. Specific items the Government may require during the life of the BPA are contained in the attached Exhibit Line Item Number (ELIN) Schedule. You may add items to this list with pictures, and you can also offer items via your website with a virtual online catalog showing prices, pictures and description. Your prices should be as low as or lower than those charged your most favored customers, including any discounts for prompt payment and delivery. Pricing for the period of performance of this agreement shall not be revised unless authorized by the Contracting Officer. 3. The general terms and conditions of the proposed BPA are contained in the attached solicitation. Please keep in mind that a BPA is not a binding contract. Instead, a BPA is an agreement - in this case, an agreement with the U.S. Army. Since it is an agreement and not a contract, either party may choose to terminate the agreement provided a 30-day notification is given to the other party, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The solicitation will be released in the near future. The ELIN structure provided will be the bulk of the submittal requirement.
