- Solicitation Number: Mobilization/ Demobilization Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine availability and capability of qualified small businesses,, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Woman Owned Small Businesses,or HUBZone small businesses. TheNorth American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 561210 (Facility Support Services) with business size standard: $35.5 million. Project Description: Provide personnel, management, supervision, and other items and services to support the USAG-HI, Mobilization Station (MS) by providing full service personnel and administrative support for mobilizing, deployment, redeployment, and demobilizing operations on the island of Oahu. Work will be performed in following Functional areas, Plan & Operations, Mobilization Operations, Liaison Support, Human Resources & Administrative, Medical, Material Management and Supply, Movement, Equipment Readiness, Billeting and Facilities, Driver Cell, Staff duty and Information Management. The contractor shall be prepared to mobilize and demobilize approximately 1300 soldiers per year and provide a surge capability for an additional (approximately) 1300 soldiers per year. The Government will attempt to provide at least one month notice prior to any surge or decrease in personnel support requirements. The contractor must be familiar with U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM), U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) and Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) mobilization and deployment planning system at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. (See draft performance work statement (PWS) for details) Interestedvendors should submit theircapability statement in writing, limited to five pages. The capability statement shall be in sufficient in detail to allow Government to determine the organization's related qualifications to perform the work. The statement shall include: 1. A statement of interest in services contained herein. 2. Contact information to include name, email address, phone number and fax number. 3. Company size: Small, HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned, or Woman-owned business size. 4. Cage code. 5. A Synopsis of the contractor's capabilities and related experience, limited to five pages.
