- Description
- This Project will perform whole house revitalization of existing seven townhouses (Bldg# 1974, 3810, 3812, 3813, 3814, 4312 and 4313) and four mechanical equipment facilities (Bldg# 1975, 3811, 3815 and 4314) in Yokosuka, Japan. The Work is including but not limited to the miscellaneous repairs, improvements, painting, removal and disposal of materials, clean-up, and related miscellaneous work. The project provides a complete and usable facility. The Contractor shall be required to complete the entire work, ready for use, not later than 789 calendar days including the mailing period after the date of Award. The mailing period includes the days for mailing of the Notice of Award and the submission of the required bonds and Certificate of Insurance. The time for completion shall include final clean up of the premises. Completion schedule for design preparation is 159 days after date of award and on-site construction shall be completed 630 days after completion of design, total contract term is 789 days.
