Description

Hotel Services for the Science TET Meeting. The Department of Defense Education Activity's (DoDEA) Education Division intends to award on a competitive basis, using simplified acquisition procedures, a contract to provide Hotel services in the Washington, District of Columbia, area within 10 minutes from the Mark Center located at the 4800 Mark Center Drive, Alexandria, VA 22350. The Solicitation Number is HE1254-12-T-0004 and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Vendors shall include a completed quote. All quotes are due by 11:00 noon, Eastern Standard Time (EST) Friday, April 20, 2012. The cut-off date for all questions is 13 April 2012 at 11:00 A.M. EST. Questions must be submitted in writing to Hector.vega@hq.dodea.edu. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is a Federal Government agency, an education activity, and tax exempt.
