Description

SECTION A - CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format specified in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-56, effective 02 Apr 2012. The North American Industry Classification code is 541360 "Geophysical Surveying and Mapping Services" with a small business size standard of $4.5 Million. The PSC is B599 Special Studies/Analysis- Other, and the SIC code is 8713, "Surveying Services." The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the location and mapping of subsurface utilities in accordance with American Society of Civil Engineers published standards. That contract will be subject to the provisions and clauses listed in the formal VA solicitation format following.
