- Description
- Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment to chip seal asphalt entrance roads and parking areas at three locations and paint stripe lines at two locations at Saint Croix National Scenic Riverway, St. Croix, Wisconsin. This project is set-aside for a small business. The North American Classifcation System (NAICS) code is 237310. Small Business size standard is $33.5 M. Cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Type of award will be a firm-fixed price construction. The Davis-Bacon Act for wage determinations will apply. The award will be based on evaluation factors of technical, past performance and price. The solicitation along with attachments will be issued electronically and downloaded at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about April 23, 2012. No hard copies will be issued. A site visit date and time will be announced in the solicitation. To receive a government award, prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and complete Online Representations and Certification Application (ORAC) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
