- Description
- A non-commercial solicitation will be issued for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) including a base term of one (1) year and four (4) one-year options. NSN for this solicitation is 4130-01-329-7499. The quantity expected to be purchased under the base term is 3000. The quantity anticipated to be purchased during each option term is 3000 each. Initial delivery will be due 90 days after date of award/order, with phased deliveries due every 30 days thereafter. All deliveries are to be FOB Destination to a CONUS DLA Depot (stock). This acquisition will be Unrestricted. (Small Business set-asides do NOT apply). Proposals will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The solicitation will include Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provisions. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) AFTER April 12, 2012. Copies of the RFP/Solicitation can be obtained AFTER April 12, 2012 by accessing: http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFP/IFBs" from the top menu bar. Then search by the solicitation number you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
