Description
THE FOLLOWING CHANGES ARE MADE TO THE SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: 1. Section entitled "Potential Requirement", first paragraph, second sentence is changed: FROM: "The contractor must be a certified Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 61, 91 or 141 Agency. TO: "The contractor must be a certified Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 61, 91, 141 or 142 agency." 2. Section entitled "GULFSTREAM IV INITIAL SIMULATOR COURSE REQUIREMENTS: Item Number 1 is changed: FROM: Course must include a minimum of 97.5 hours of Academic Instruction/Ground School. TO: Course must include a minimum of 97.0 hours of Academic Instruction/Ground School (includes Global Procedures course). Item number 2 is changed: FROM: Course must include a minimum of 29.0 hours of Flight Training/Instruction, of which a minimum of 14.5 hours shall be in the left seat of a Gulfstream IV (8400 Series) FAA Level C or higher full-motion simulator. TO: Course must include a minimum of 28.0 hours of Flight Training/Instruction, of which a minimum of 14.0 hours shall be in the left seat of a Gulfstream IV (8400 Series) FAA Level C or higher full-motion simulator. 3. Section entitled " MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS": Item A is changed: FROM: Must be an FAR Part 61, 91 or 141 (where applicable) Certified Flight School or Agency (provide a copy of the certificate). TO: Must be a FAR Part 61, 91, 141 or 142 (where applicable) Certified Flight School or Agency (provide a copy of the certificate). The response date of 10:00 AM on April 12, 2012 remains unchanged.
