- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC/GRWKB, 460 Richard Ray Blvd, Suite 200, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1813, anticipates issuing a contract to provide for the services necessary to provide program management support, depot-level repair, organizational-level repair, material support, and test & evaluation service to support the Air Force Quick Reaction Capability program's sustainment of the ALQ-196. Year one of the proposed contract action consists of a basic period which contains the following: * Program management support, material support, test and evaluation, and depot-level repairs shall comprise part of the basic period; the basic period of performance for these tasks is 12 months. * An option for 4 months of organizational-repair is anticipated to be included within the basic period of performance; this option will take place during the last quarter of the basic period of performance. Year two and year three of the proposed contract action will include options to provide for program management support, material support, test and evaluation, depot-level repairs, and organizational-repairs. The option for year two is sequential to the year one (the basic period) and will contain a 12 month period of performance for program management support, material support, test and evaluation, depot-level repairs, and organizational-repairs. The option for year three is sequential to year two and will contain a 12 month period of performance for program management support, material support, test and evaluation, depot-level repairs, and organizational-repairs. Year four of the proposed contract action will include two separate options, each with six month periods of performance, to provide the following support program management support, material support, test and evaluation, depot-level repairs, organizational-repairs, and demilitarization. The proposed contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, BAE Systems, 95 Canal Street, Nashua, NH 03064, CAGE: 7P325. Justification: services are available from only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received within forty-five days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All potential offerors should contact the PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate any concerns related to this acquisition.
